The best work experience of your life.

ABOUT

We need your help running our 12th generation winery in Austria

CEO for a Year is a gap year program for graduates and young professionals with an entrepreneurial mindset. Take on the operations of an established winery business and transform it by professionalizing processes and branding.

Experience what it means to run a small family business.

We expect excellence and the desire to learn something new every day. Sales, traditional and social media marketing, event management, recruiting and managing a small team are just some of the tasks you will face. All along, you will be mentored by a Harvard MBA and learn how to produce premium-quality wine.

Are you up for the challenge? Come join us for the best work experience of your life.
